Two Men Fall Through Ice

One man died and another was in fair condition after they fell through the ice into frigid waters in the middle of a private lake where they had been ice fishing, authorities said. Ferrell and Andreniuk had been fishing for three hours before they fell through the ice about 150 yards from land, and nearby residents called authorities, Borell said. The men were pulled from the lake by Fire Department rescuers wearing special neoprene suits to protect them from the cold water.
